When Matthew Marco spoke to the class he mentioned a few useful ways to make a website more navigable. He suggested that when creating a web page, you should consider who your audience is, make the site clear and easily accessible. Planning is most important when creating a successful website. One of the websites that I use most often in my field of study is Appalachian State’s Department of History webpage. Each parent category has a brief explanation about what you can find in each sub category, making navigation clear and easily accessible.
